Cancellations
While I certainly understand things like unexpected illness, it is my wish that you give 48 hours notice of cancellation so as that I can fill your opening. If you become a “frequent cancel” I will reserve the right to refuse service.
Proofs
1-2 weeks after your session I will present you with proofs. You have 30 days to review your proofs and order prints. If after 45 days you have not made an order, I will not be able to keep your proofs on file.
Proofs are yours to keep with any print order over $100.
With any print order over $300 your proofs will be presented in a leather keepsake album.
All proofs with orders will be kept on file for one year from your initial session date.
Copyright
All photos, unless further noted, are bound by copyright. It is illegal to reproduce by scanning, copying or re-photographing. It is also illegal to share, by any method, these photos if reproduced in previously stated, illegal, manner.
It is illegal to claim these images as your own.
Copyright violations will be punishable to the full extent of the law.
Payment
Payment in full is due at the time of ordering. If you are placing an order over $200 and need to make arrangements, I’m happy to accomodate you. I do accept credit cards through PayPal with an additional 4% surcharge.
My goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if this is not the case, I would appreciate your absolute honesty and a re-shoot will be granted. Expect your prints to be delivered to you within 14 days of ordering. For custom cards, announcements and collages allow an extra 7 days.
Release
J.Olson Photography reserves the right to use any image taken past or present for advertising purposes. If you are absolutely against your image being used in print or online advertisement, please let us know before your session.
